摘  要:以叔丁醇钾为催化剂,通过2,6-二叔丁基苯酚与丙酸甲酯进行迈克尔加成反应制备3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯。考察了反应温度、物料配比、催化剂用量、反应时间等因素对反应的影响,确定较适宜的反应条件。结果表明:以叔丁醇钾为催化剂,2,6-二叔丁基苯酚与丙烯酸甲酯投料比为1∶1.2(物质的量之比),催化剂用量为2%,在130℃反应1 h,2,6-二叔丁基苯酚转化率可达99%以上,产品产率达97%以上。Methyl 3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)was synthesized through Michael addition reaction of 2,6-di-tert-butyl-phenol and acrylic acid methyl ester using potassium tert-butanol as catalyst.The optimal experimental conditions,such as reaction temperature,material ratio,reaction time and catalyst dosage were determined by using the method of single factor analysis.With potassium tert-butanol as catalyst,the feed ratio of 2,6-di-tert-butyl-phenol and acrylic acid methyl ester was 1∶1.2(molar ratio of material),the amount of catalyst was 2%,and the reaction was carried out at 130℃for 1 h.The final conversion rate reached 99%and the yield reached 97%.
