摘 要:相对于传统室温磷光(RTP)材料,室温磷光碳点(RTP-CDs)具有生物相容性好、毒性较低、性能稳定可调控的优点,还具有独特的光学特征。首先从RTP-CDs的无基质辅助合成过程机制出发对近年来RTP-CDs的合成、磷光发射机理进行了简要介绍,之后进一步地阐述了RTP-CDs在信息加密、防伪技术、生物成像、传感等方面的应用,并对其发展前景进行了展望。Compared with conventional room temperature phosphorescence(RTP)materials,carbon dots with RTP(RTP-CDs)not only possess the advantages,such as good biocompatibility,low toxicity,stable and controllable performance of CDs,but also has unique optical features.In this paper,the synthesis and phosphorescence emission mechanism of RTP-CDs in recent years were briefly introduced from the perspective of the substrate-free synthesis process mechanism of RTP-CDs.The application of RTP-CDs in information encryption,anti-counterfeiting technology,biological imaging,sensing and so on were described.The development trend of RTP-CDs was discussed.
