摘 要:铈锆固溶体(CZO)具有较好的高温稳定性、独特的氧化还原性能和良好的储氧/释氧性能,使其在汽车尾气净化用三元催化剂中广泛应用。在阐述汽车尾气净化用三效催化剂作用机理的基础上,重点综述了国内外铈锆基稀土催化剂的制备及其掺杂改性,表征不同元素的掺杂对铈锆基稀土催化剂性能的影响。最后就铈锆基稀土催化剂的研究现状,提出汽车尾气净化用三效催化剂面临的问题及其研究发展方向。Cerium zirconium solid solution(CZO)has good high temperature stability,unique redox performance and excellent oxygen storage/release capacity,so it is widely used in ternary catalysts for catalytic purification of automobile exhaust gas.In this paper,based on the mechanism of three-way catalysts for automobile exhaust purification,the preparation and doping modification of cerium zirconium based rare earth catalysts at home and abroad were reviewed,and the effects of doping of different elements on the performance of cerium zirconium based rare earth catalysts were characterized.Finally,based on the research status of cerium zirconium based rare earth catalysts,the problems and development direction of three-way catalysts for automobile exhaust purification were also proposed.
