摘 要:随着大位移井数量增多,对钻井液抗高温、携岩能力要求越来越高。为研发更高性能钻井液体系,在原有钻井液中加入流型调节剂SDR来提高钻井液动塑比,提高钻井液抗高温能力。实验确定了流型调节剂SDR合成条件:温度50℃、引发剂(AIBN)加量0.2%、表面活性剂(SDS)加量3.5%、丙烯酰胺(AM)加量30%、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)加量60%、马来酸酐(M)加量10%;然后开展其调节流型能力、低剪切流变性能、静切力性能、抗温性能评价。结果表明:流型调节剂SDR具有良好的抗温性、高效携岩能力。最终确定了大位移井清洁钻井液体系配方,为该类型井钻井液研发提供参考。With the increase of the number of extended reach wells,the requirements for high temperature resistance and rock carrying capacity of drilling fluid are higher and higher.In order to develop higher performance drilling fluid system,flow pattern regulator SDR was added to the original drilling fluid to improve the dynamic plastic ratio and high temperature resistance of drilling fluid.The synthesis conditions of flow pattern regulator SDR were determined as follows:temperature 50℃,initiator(AIBN)0.2%,surfactant(SDS)3.5%,acrylamide(AM)30%,2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS)60%,maleic anhydride(M)10%;Then,its ability to regulate flow pattern,low shear rheological properties,static shear properties and temperature resistance properties were evaluated.The results showed that the flow pattern regulator SDR had good temperature resistance and high rock carrying capacity.Finally,the formula of clean drilling fluid system for extended reach wells was determined.The paper can provide some reference for the research and development of drilling fluid for this type of wells.
