加氢柴油芳烃深度饱和生产轻质白油技术的开发及工业应用

摘　　要：介绍了中国石化大连石油化工研究院开发的加氢柴油中压加氢工艺生产轻质白油技术。试验以加氢柴油为原料,在小型加氢反应装置采用加氢工艺生产低硫、低芳烃的轻质白油。工业应用结果表明,在反应压力为基准+0.4 MPa、氢油体积比为500∶1、加氢精制反应温度为基准-36℃、基准体积空速的条件下,所得加氢生成油的芳烃质量分数都小于0.023%,满足行业标准NB/SH/T 0913—2015中轻质白油(Ⅱ)指标要求。The light white oil production technology developed by Dalian Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals(FRIPP)was introduced.The technology can produce light white oil from hydrogenated diesel oil by hydrotreating process.The pilot scale production of the light white oil was carried out in an experimental hydrotreating device.The commercialization results showed that under the reaction pressure of standard+0.4 MPa,hydrogen-oil volume ratio 500∶1,hydrotreating reaction temperature of standard-36℃and standard liquid volume space velocity,the aromatics of hydrogenated oil was less than 0.023%,the product met the standard requirements of NB/SH/T 0913—2015 light white oil(Ⅱ)products.
