摘　　要：“情指勤舆”一体化运行机制是一种新型警务机制,自2021年全国公安工作会议提出以来,在理论上有研究,实践中有探索或试点。“情指勤舆”一体化运行机制是一项系统工程,其构建与运行需要预测性原理、相关性原理的指导,需要各种数据信息、专门人才与专门技术等硬件基础和各种信息通讯网络、数据信息系统、共享平台等硬件基础的支撑。“情指勤舆”一体化运行机制要在遵循基本思路的前提下,以大数据为引领,以现代科技为支撑,立足我国警务工作实际需要加以构建。The operation mechanism of integration of intelligence,command,service and public opinion is a new type of police mechanism.Since it was proposed at the National Public Security Work Conference in 2021,it has been studied in theory and explored or piloted in practice;The operation mechanism of integration of intelligence,command,service and public opinion operation mechanism is a systematic project,and its construction and operation require the guidance of the principle of prediction and correlation,require the support of software foundations of various data information,specialized personnel and specialized technology and the support of hardware foundations of various information communication networks,data information systems,sharing platforms.Under the premise of following the basic idea,the construction of operation mechanism of integration of intelligence,command,service and public opinion should be guided by big data,supported by modern technology,and based on the actual needs of my country’s police work.
