疫情防控下中缅边境地区非法出入境事件的防控治理研究

摘　　要：当前,新冠疫情反复的态势下,中缅边境地区的不法分子非法出入境的违法行为时常发生,屡禁不止,这给我国边境地区的疫情防控工作带来极大风险和挑战的同时,还对我国边境地区的社会治安造成严重威胁。因此,一定要提高在疫情防控期间对非法出入境事件的防控重视度,对当前非法出入境人员构成、原因分析,探析有效治理机制。严防境外疫情输入,严厉打击各类违法出入境行为及其他跨国违法犯罪活动,切实维护边境地区人民群众的安全和社会秩序的稳定,进一步推进平安中国建设。Under the current situation of repeated COVID-19 epidemics,the illegal entry and exit of criminals in China-Myanmar border areas often occur repeatedly,which brings great risks and challenges to the epidemic prevention and control work in China’s border areas,and at the same time poses a serious threat to the social order in China’s border areas Therefore,we must pay more attention to the prevention and control of illegal entry and exit incidents during the epidemic prevention and control period.Analyze the causes of the current illegal entry and exit personnel and explore the effective governance mechanism Strictly guard against the import of overseas epidemics,severely crack down on all kinds of illegal entry and exit activities and other transnational illegal and criminal activities,earnestly safeguard the safety of the people in border areas and the stability of social order,and further promote the construction of a safe China.
