改良后中凹截石位体位护理在腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良后中凹截石位体位护理在腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月1日~2021年6月30日收治的84例行腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各42例,对照组给予常规体位护理,观察组采取改良后中凹截石位体位护理,比较两组干预前后血压情况、并发症发生率及舒适度。结果:两组干预后血压水平均升高(P<0.01),但观察组波动幅度较对照组小(P<0.01);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.01),舒适度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良后中凹截石位体位护理可稳定腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术患者的血压水平,降低并发症发生率,提高患者舒适度。Objective:To explore the application effect of modified mid-concave lithotomy position nursing in patients with laparoscopic cervical cancer radical hysterectomy.Methods:A total of 84 cases of patients undergoing laparoscopic cervical cancer radical hysterectomy during January 1,2020 to June 30,2021 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 42 cases in each group,the control group was given routine position nursing,and the observation group adopted modified mid-concave lithotomy position nursing,and comparison was made on the changes of blood pressure,the incidence of complications and comfort before and after interventions.Results:After intervention,the levels of blood pressure were higher in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.01),and the fluctuations in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the level of comfort was better in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Modified mid-concave lithotomy position nursing in patients with laparoscopic cervical cancer radical hysterectomy can stabilize their blood pressure level,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve their level of comfort.
