摘 要:塑性混凝土峰值应力与其试样尺寸、形状及配合比等密切相关,且与普通混凝土尺寸效应相似,受压时尺寸效应明显。考虑不同形状、尺寸、配合比和高径比等因素,开展了不同试验条件下塑性混凝土单轴无侧限抗压强度试验,重点研究峰值应力及应变的尺寸效应。结果表明:①塑性混凝土峰值应力及应变均具有较明显的尺寸效应,但随配合比即强度增大无明显变化规律;②峰值应力及应变尺寸效应系数随塑性混凝土底面尺寸增大呈非线性增长,且超过某一尺寸时趋于稳定;③圆柱体试样峰值应力尺寸效应系数大于棱柱体试样,且前者受配合比和高径比变化的影响较小;④圆柱体和棱柱体试样峰值应力尺寸效应系数随试样高径比增大而增大,但峰值应变尺寸效应系数无明显变化规律。Mechanical properties of plastic concrete are closely related with its specimen size,shape and mix proportions.It is similar to size effect of ordinary concrete and the compressive behavior of plastic concert shows obvious size effect.Considering different shapes,sizes,mix proportions and ratio of height to diameter,uniaxial unconfined compressive strength tests of plastic concrete under different conditions were carried out respectively.The study mainly focused on the size effect of peak stress and strain.The results show that a)the peak stress and strain of plastic concrete have obvious size effect,but there is no obvious rule with the increase of strength;b)The size effect coefficient of peak stress and strain increases with the increase of the specimen size,and meantime,it tends to be stable when the size exceeds a certain size;c)The size effect coefficient of the peak stress of the cylinder specimen is higher than that of the prism specimen,and the former is less affected by the change of the mix ratio and the ratio of height to diameter and;d)The peak stress size effect coefficient of cylinder and prism specimen increases with the increase of the ratio of height to diameter,but the peak strain size effect coefficient does not change obviously.
