摘 要:目的 探讨C57BL/6与ICR小鼠在大脑中动脉栓塞模型(middle cerebral artery occlusion,MCAO)中的品系间差异。方法 设C57BL/6正常组和ICR正常组为5只,C57BL/6模型组和ICR模型组分别设10只,模型组采用相同的MCAO方法进行造模,观察每组小鼠体重变化率、神经行为学、脑指数、脑含水量、脑梗死面积、生存率。结果 (1)C57BL/6与ICR小鼠分别于术前和脑缺血后24 h进行统计,体重变化率具有显著的统计学差异(P<0.01);(2)C57BL/6与ICR小鼠的生存率分别为90.91%和72.72%;(3)C57BL/6与ICR小鼠的神经行为学评分无显著的统计学差异;(4)C57BL/6与ICR小鼠的脑指数分别为1.91%±1.34%、2.06%±1.76%,两组间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(5)C57BL/6与ICR小鼠的脑含水量分别为82.32%±1.34%、85.83%±1.76%,两组间具有显著的统计学差异(P<0.01);(6)C57BL/6与ICR小鼠的脑梗死面积分别为13.85%±4.32%、28.18%±8.29%,两组间具有显著的统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论 采用相同的MCAO造模方法均可成功制作大脑中动脉栓塞模型,但在C57BL/6与ICR小鼠间存在较为显著的品系间差异。Objective To explore the differences between C57BL/6 and ICR mice in the middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) model. Methods We set C57BL/6 control group and ICR control group as 5 mice, and C57BL/6model group and ICR model group with 10 mice respectively. The model group was modeled by the same MCAO modeling method. The weight change rate, neurobehavioral, brain index, cerebral water content, cerebral infarction area and survival rate of mice were observed.Results(1)C57BL/6 and ICR mice were counted before operation and 24 h after cerebral ischemia, and the weight change rate was significantly different(P<0.01);(2)The survival rates of C57BL/6and ICR mice were 90.91% and 72.72%, respectively;(3)The neurobehavioral scores of C57BL/6 and ICR mice were not significantly different;(4) The brain index of C57BL/6 and ICR mice were 1.91%±1.34%, 2.06%±1.76%, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);(5)The brain water content of C57BL/6 and ICR mice was 82.32%±1.34%, 85.83%±1.76%, respectively. There was a significant statistical difference between the groups(P<0.01);(6)The cerebral infarct areas of C57BL/6 and ICR mice were 13.85%±4.32% and 28.18%±8.29%, and there was a significant statistical difference between the groups(P<0.01). Conclusion There are significant differences between C57BL/6 and ICR mice using the same MCAO modeling method.
