摘　　要：目的分析自1997年起国内中医领域关于孤独症谱系障碍(Autism Spectrum Disorder,ASD)的现状,并以此预判其未来发展趋势。方法从知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献服务系统这四个数据库中检索,时间为1997年1月至2021年11月,范围为中医领域内的ASD相关文献,并用NoteExpress进行查重、筛选及合并同类关键词,将最终数据导入CiteSpace与VOSviewer,将作者、年份、关键词等信息做可视化分析。结果共纳入中文文献351篇,共包含801个作者。关键词共形成8个聚类标签,涉及治疗方式、治疗评价、并发症状及理论依据。根据现有的关键词及近年来关键词的变化方向分析现状及趋势。结论通过知识图谱的可视化分析可以直观了解1997年之后我国中医领域内治疗ASD的状况,而未来将更侧重于疾病的机制与靶点的探讨,为各研究者明确研究热点与发展趋势,也为ASD的中医治疗提供参考。Objective To analyze the current situation of Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD) in the domestic field of traditional Chinese medicine since 1997, and predict its development trend in the future.Methods We searched from four data bases including CNKI, Wanfang, CQVIP, and SinoMed, with the span of time from Jan. 1997 to Nov. 2021 and the scope of related ASD literature in the field of traditional Chinese medicine, applied NoteExpress to check duplicate,screened and merged similar keywords, import final data in CiteSpace and VOSviewer, and conducted the visual analysis of information including authors, years, and keywords.Results 351 pieces of Chinese literature written by 801 authors were included. Keywords formed 8 clustering tags in total, included therapeutic method and evaluation, syndrome, and theoretical basis. According to existing keywords and the changes of them in recent years, we could analyze the current situation and future tendency.Conclusion Through the visual analysis of mapping knowledge domain, we can directly understand the situation of ASD treatment in the field of Chinese medicine after 1997. In the future, we will pay more attention to discuss the mechanism and target of the disease, clarify the research hot spots and development trend for researchers, and provide reference for the traditional Chinese treatment of ASD.
