摘　　要：目的 总结功能磁共振成像(functional magnetic resonance imaging,fMRI)技术在针灸脑成像研究中的应用发展历程和研究热点,为今后的研究提供新的见解。方法 从Web of Science数据库核心合集中下载2020年前关于针灸fMRI的文献。采用VOSviewer和CiteSpace软件进行文献计量学分析,主要包括机构间和作者间的合作分析、关键词的共现分析、关键词突发性探测和引文分析等。结果 共纳入了321篇文献,发文量随着时间的推移有逐渐增长的趋势。中国科学院(50篇)和西安电子科技大学(50篇)是目前核心研究机构,发文量最多的作者是田捷(35篇),影响力最高的作者是白丽君(0.55)。接受本研究领域文章最多的期刊是《循证补充与替代医学》。针灸fMRI研究中最常用的5个关键词是针灸、fMRI、电针、针刺镇痛、静息态fMRI,前沿话题是:默认模式网络(default mode network,DMN)、恢复和功能连接。结论 目前针灸fMRI研究仍然有很大的发展潜力,我国应加强与其他国家的合作;针灸fMRI的研究热点主要是针灸镇痛和经穴特应性研究,今后研究趋势主要是针灸对脑功能连通性的影响,尤其是边缘系统和DMN。今后为了保证研究结果的重复性和可靠性,应进一步加强研究设计和质量控制。Objective To summarize development processes and research hotspots of fMRI research on acupuncture and to provide new insights for researchers in future studies.Methods Publications regarding fMRI on acupuncture from inception to 2020 were downloaded from the Web of Science Core Collection. VOSviewer and CiteSpace software were used for bibliometric analyses. The main analyses included collaboration analyses between institutions and authors, cooccurrence analysis between keywords, as well as analyses on keyword bursts, citation references.Results A total of321 papers were obtained with a continually increasing trend over time. The most productive institution in this field was the Chinese Academy of Sciences(50) and Xidian University(50), respectively. Evidence-based Complementary and Alternative Medicine(39) was the most productive journal. Tian Jie had the highest number of publications(35) and Bai Lijun was the most influential author(0.55). The five hot topics in fMRI on acupuncture were acupuncture, fMRI,electroacupuncture, acupuncture analgesia and resting-state fMRI. The frontier topics were defaulted mode network(DMN), recovery and functional connectivity.Conclusion The current research status revealed that the fMRI study of acupuncture still has great development potential, and China needs to strengthen cooperation with other countries. The hot topics are mainly involved acupuncture analgesia and acupoint specificity. The trends of fMRI research on acupuncture are brain connectivity analysis, especially limbic system and DMN. However, to ensure the repeatability and reliability of the research results, the research design and quality control still need to be further strengthened.
