摘　　要：近年来,底层商业场所频繁发生的火灾案例促使我国各级消防监督管理部门必须尽快提出有效的解决方案,最大限度保证人民群众的生命财产安全。结合现有的消防设计标准及消防监督执法规范,对如何有效开展多层建筑底层商业用房消防安全监督管理工作进行系统分析,并以此为依据对现存问题的合理解决提供了切实有效的理论指导。In recent years,the frequent fire cases in commercial houses on the ground floor urge fire supervision and management departments at all levels to put forward effective solutions as soon as possible to ensure the safety of people's lives and property to the maximum extent.Combining with the existing fire design standards and fire supervision and law enforcement norms,the paper systematically analyzes how to effectively carry out the fire safety supervision and management of commercial houses on the ground floor of multi-story buildings.And on this basis,it provides practical and effective theoretical guidance for the reasonable solution of the existing problems.
