广东省男子跆拳道运动员完整赛程血乳酸变化特征分析--基于125场训练赛后数据

摘  要:目的:具有搏击性、直接对抗性特征的跆拳道,可以通过血乳酸变化评估机体对运动强度反应和恢复程度。跆拳道比赛中的夺冠选手通常一天之中参加多场比赛,而有关不同水平运动员在不同场数比赛中机体血乳酸变化特征的研究尚不多见。本文通过对125场跆拳道训练赛数据进行一天之内多场比赛过程的血乳酸变化分析开展此项研究。方法:招募广东省省队优秀跆拳道男子运动员17名,其中有10名健将级和7名一级运动员,平均年龄21岁,身高182.4±2.64cm,体重68.7±4.87kg。跟踪采集他们125场训练赛后约8分钟内至少3次无名指指尖血20ul/次,使用德国Lactate-scout乳酸盐分析仪快速测量血乳酸(Lactate,简称BLA),确定BLA峰值。采用SPSS软件对数据进行正态分布检验及单因素ANOVA分析和多重比较分析或非参数检验分析,取p<0.05或p<0.01为显著性或非常显著性水平。结果与结论:跆拳道每场赛后BLA平均为13.30±3.09mmol/L,约25-30分钟恢复,恢复速率约0.41mmol/L,一天之内多场赛后BLA水平相似;获胜者和高级别运动员赛后BLA水平相对低于败者和低级别者。OBJECTIVE:For the sport of Taekwondo,featuring in combats and direct confrontation,changes in blood lactate(“BLA”)are applicable to the assessment of body response to exercise intensity and the degree of recovery.Taekwondo champions usually compete in more than one competitions in a single day.There are few previous research on BLA changes in athletes at different levels after different amounts of competitions.This paper presents a data analysis of BLA changes in the course of 125 taekwondo training games in a single day.METHODS:17 taekwondo male athletes from Guangdong provincial team were recruited,including 10 elite athletes and 7 Level-1 athletes,at an average age of 21 years,with a height of 182.4±2.64cm,and a weight of 68.7±4.87kg.20ul per time of their ring finger blood were collected at least 3 times within approximately 8 minutes after 125 training games,and the BLA data were quickly measured and the peak BLA value was determined using a German Lactate-scout lactate analyzer.Using SPSS software,we carried out normal distribution test,one-way ANOVA analysis and multiple comparison analysis or non-parametric test analysis of the resultant data,and p<0.05 or p<0.01 was regarded as significant or very significant level.RESULT AND CONCLUSION:The average BLA after taekwondo games was 13.30±3.09mmol/L,and the BLA recovered at a rate of about 0.41mmol/L in about 25-30 minutes.The BLA levels after a plurality of games in one day were similar.The after-match BLA levels of winners and higher-level athletes were lower than those of losers and players at a lower level.
