摘　　要：社会性、时代性以及现实诉求是地方高校构建体育专业创新创业教育生态系统协同治理的重要依据。通过文献资料、实地调研以及深度访谈等方法,本文审视了当下体育专业创新创业教育生态系统协同治理在实践中存在的主要问题,即:各利益相关者诉求存在差异;各利益主体有效治理协同性差;政府支持不够;渠道不畅通;社会组织参与不够。为此提出协同治理的改革路径,即:深化各主体的利益融合,建构融合共生的生态系统;优化各主体间的协同机制,激发内生动力;强化责任意识,转变发展方式;畅通多元路径,增强师资力量;加强社会组织建设,培育多元组织形态。The social,contemporary and realistic demands for collaborative governance of the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem are the important basis for local colleges and universities to build collaborative governance of the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem of physical education and sports.By the methods of literature review,field research and in-depth interviews,this paper examines the challenges in the practice of the collaborative governance,including different demands of stakeholders;ineffective governance coordination of various stakeholders;insufficient government support;blocked channel;little participation from social organizations.Reform pathways to collaborative governance are proposed as follows:deepening the fusion of interest of entities,building an integrated and symbiotic ecosystem;optimizing entity coordination mechanism,stimulating driving force from within;strengthening the sense of responsibility,changing the development mode;opening up multiple paths,strengthening faculty;strengthening the development of social organizations;and fostering diverse organizational structures.
