摘 要:本文利用功能性动作测试方法对高校足球运动员进行身体功能性测试,对受试者测试评分进行分析,以此探究高校足球运动员身体左右两侧非对称性的功能缺陷。结果发现,高校足球运动员FMS评分相对较低,且存在左右两侧非对称性问题。下肢测试中,跨栏步与直线弓箭步存在左右两侧非对称性问题(p<0.05),肩部灵活性动作同样存在左右两侧不对称性问题(p<0.05),左右两侧非对称性问题极大降低了运动员的身体健康,增大了损伤概率。建议:对高校足球运动员进行身体功能训练,增强弱侧链的功能,提升左右对称性功能,降低运动损伤风险,助力提高运动员的竞技水平。Functional movement screen(FMS)tests were carried out on college soccer players,and the test scores of the subjects were analyzed to study the dysfunctions caused by asymmetry of left-and-right body sides of the college soccer players.The test results disclose that the FMS scores were low,and there existed the issue of asymmetry between the left and right body sides.In the lower limb tests,the presence of an asymmetry of left-and-right body sides was detected in the hurdle step and in-line lunge tests(p<0.05),and the same issue was also present in shoulder mobility movement(p<0.05).Due to the left-and-right body side asymmetry,the athletes’physical fitness has declined dramatically and the injury risk rose.Therefore,we recommend physical function training for college soccer players to enhance the function of weak side chains,improve the left-right symmetrical functions,reduce the risk of sports injuries and raise the competition level of athletes.
