河北省备战第十四届全运会周期反兴奋剂工作成效与发展对策

摘　　要：兴奋剂问题是竞技体育的“毒瘤”,我国一直秉持坚决反对在体育运动中使用兴奋剂的立场和态度。河北省在第十四届全运会备战周期内全面加强反兴奋剂工作,实现了兴奋剂问题“零出现”的目标,收获了精神文明与运动成绩双丰收。本研究对河北省备战第十四届全运会周期内反兴奋剂工作的成效和问题进行了深入分析,并提出解决对策。成效主要包括:组织体系初步建立、宣传教育实现全覆盖、兴奋剂委托检查常态化、风险防控体系初步构建、专项业务水平持续提高。进一步加强反兴奋剂工作的对策建议:建立健全组织体系、加强反兴奋剂教育、强化兴奋剂检查、开展反兴奋剂科学研究。The issue of doping was a“malignant tumor”in competitive sports.China has always been firmly opposed to doping in sports.During the quadrennium prior to the 14^(th) National Games,Hebei Province comprehensively strengthened anti-doping program,achieved the goal of“zero occurrence”of doping violations,and also accomplished cultural and ethical progress and high athletic performance.This study deeply discusses the effects and challenges of the anti-doping program during the quadrennium prior to the 14^(th) National Games in Hebei Province,and proposes specific solutions for the future.These effects include the establishment of an initial.organizational system,full coverage of publicity and education,normal entrusted doping control,establishment of an initial risk prevention and control system,and increasing professional level.Proposed measures for more effective anti-doping work include improving the organizational system,strengthening anti-doping education,strengthening doping testing and conducting anti-doping scientific research.
