中药穴位贴敷治疗妊娠恶阻研究现状分析

摘　　要：妊娠恶阻是妊娠早期最常见的病症之一,轻者会对孕妇的生活质量和营养平衡造成影响,严重时甚至会危及孕妇和胎儿的安全;在复发性流产患者的调查中,妊娠恶阻的发生会增加其流产的几率,更见干预与治疗的必要性。在妊娠恶阻的临床治疗上,与西药补液支持疗法相比,中药穴位敷贴疗法具有独特的优势。现通过文献整理研究,结合中药穴位贴敷的临床研究成果,分析中药穴位贴敷疗法发挥作用的机理,阐明其治疗妊娠恶阻的安全性和有效性,为临床医师提供参考。Obstruction of pregnancy is one of the most common diseases in the early pregnancy,which may affect the quality of life and nutritional balance of pregnant women,and even endanger the safety of pregnant women and fetuses in serious cases;In the investigation of patients with recurrent abortion,the occurrence of malignant pregnancy resistance will increase the probability of abortion,and the necessity of intervention and treatment is more obvious.In the clinical treatment ofobstruction of pregnancy,the traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application therapy has unique advantages compared with the western medicine fluid supplement support therapy.Based on the literature review and research,combined with the clinical research results of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application,this paper analyzes the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application therapy,and clarifies its safety and effectiveness in the treatment of pregnancy aversion,providing reference for clinicians.
