摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome,PCOS)为临床常见的内分泌及代谢异常疾病,属于中医“闭经”“不孕”等范畴,刘艳巧教授辨治本病经验丰富、见解独到,认为其根本病因为先天之本不足,后天不良的情志、饮食因素为发病诱因;肾虚为本病的基本病机,肝郁气滞为病机的枢纽,兼有血瘀、痰饮;临证时“分期调经”“针药并用”,并根据体型随症加减,每获良效。通过阐述刘教授治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床经验,以期与广大中医同仁分享。Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common endocrine and metabolic disorder disease in clinic,which belongs to the category of“amenorrhea”and“infertility”in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor LIU Yanqiao has rich experience and unique opinions in treating this disease,and believes that the underlying disease is due to the lack of natural origin,and the acquired bad emotions and dietary factors are the predisposing factors;Kidney deficiency is the basic pathogenesis of the disease,liver depression and Qi stagnation are the pivot of the pathogenesis,which also includes blood stasis and phlegm;In clinical practice,“regulate menstruation by stages”and“use acupuncture and medicine simultaneously”,and regulating drugs according to the body constitution.This article describes Professor LIU's clinical experience in treating polycystic ovary syndrome,hoping to share it with the majority of TCM colleagues.
