摘 要:数字孪生技术是一个新兴的研究热点,以数字化的方式促进物理世界和信息世界的融合,通常被认为是数字化转型的关键。随着制造业数字化转型时代的到来,对机械设备智能化的需求在不断增加,设备级数字孪生将发挥越来越重要的作用。强调了设备级数字孪生数据互联的重要性,对数据互联中数据采集、数据传输、数据存储和数据处理几个方面的关键技术进行了综述,对设备级数字孪生数据互联发展趋势提出展望,可为设备级数字孪生数据互联研究和应用提供思路和有价值的参考。Digital twin technology is an emerging research hotspot,which digitally promotes the integration of physical world and information world.Digital twin technology is commonly known as a key enabler for the digital transformation.With the advent of the digital transformation era,the demand for intelligent mechanical equipment is increasing.Equipment level digital twin will play an increasingly important role in manufacturing.The importance of equipment level digital twin data interconnection was emphasized,the key technologies in data acquisition,data transmission,data storage and data processing were summarized.The development trend of data interconnection in equipment level digital twin was put forward.Ideas and valuable references for the research of digital twin data interconnection in industrial equipment were expected to provide.
