摘  要:盾构机作为定制化设备,其定制化的代表部件即是刀盘。复合式刀盘是一类适应性更为广泛的刀盘结构类型,其建模通常需要耗费大量的时间,这容易造成时间和人员浪费、可靠性下降。通过对复合式刀盘的功能分析,梳理了刀盘通用模块之间的参数传递规则与逻辑,建立了结构间参数关联关系;针对复合式刀盘的重点模块进行关键参数的提取,为参数化建模提供重要依据;基于Creo软件的Top-Down设计,完成了六辐臂+六面板复合式刀盘的三维参数化建模设计,实现了刀盘的设计系列化,为缩短刀盘设计周期提供了指导方法。Shield machine is a customized equipment,one of the representative parts of shield machine is the cutterhead.Compound cutterhead is a type of cutterhead structure with wider adaptability,the modeling of compound cuterhead usually needs a lot of time,time and personnel go to waste,meanwhile,the reliability is reduced.Based on the functional analysis of the compound cutterhead,the parameter transfer rules and logic between the general modules of the cutterhead were sorted out and the parameter association relationships between structures were established.The key parameters were extracted from the important modules of the compound cutterhead,an important basis was provided for parametric modeling.Based on the Top-Down design of Creo software,the three dimensional parametric modeling design of the six-spoke and six-panel compound cutterhead was completed,and the design serialization of the cutterhead was realized,a guiding method was provided for shortening the design cycle of the cutterhead.
