摘　　要：结构化工艺具有复杂性高、多样性强的特点。为了构建一个面向不同行业、不同用户的通用结构化工艺平台,分析了结构化工艺的数据类型、特性和关系等,建立了统一的结构化工艺信息模型。提出了基于元数据建模和服务的结构化工艺层次架构,并在实践中进行了应用和验证,证明了基于元数据的结构化工艺系统构建方法的有效性。Structural process is characterized by complexity and diversity.In order to build a general structured process platform for different users in different industries,the data types,characteristics and relations of structured process were analyzed,and a unified structural process information model was established.A structural process hierarchy architecture based on metadata modeling and service was proposed,which is applied and verified in practice.It proves the effectiveness for the building method of structural process system based on metadata.
