摘 要:涡旋薄壁结构是一种典型的曲率变化的曲面薄壁结构,变曲率的曲面薄壁结构在电子、汽车及航空航天等领域应用广泛。此类薄壁结构在加工过程中时常会存在毛刺、尺寸误差及刀痕等缺陷,加工质量难以保证。在借鉴深切缓进给磨削工艺的前提下,提出了一种大切深缓进给的涡旋曲面薄壁微细铣削工艺,以表面粗糙度R_(a)、尺寸误差Δ_(w)及毛刺高度h为加工质量评价指标,进行了微细铣削试验研究,探究了关键铣削参数(每齿进给量f_(z)、轴向切深a_(p)、径向切深a_(e)及主轴转速n)对加工质量的影响,并进行了关键铣削参数优化研究,识别出了较优的切削参数组合,并成功进行了高质量涡旋曲面薄壁微细铣削试验验证。The vortex curved thin wall is a typical curved thin wall with varying curvature,and the curved thin wall with variable curvature is widely used in electronics,automobiles,aerospace and other fields.Such thin-walled structures often have burrs,size errors,tool marks and other defects in the processing,the processing quality is difficult to guarantee.Based on the deep cutting slow feed grinding process,a micro-milling process for vortex curved thin wall with large cutting depth and slow feed was proposed.The surface roughness R_(a),the size errorΔ_(w) and the burr height h were used as the machining quality evaluation indexes.The micro-milling experiment was carried out to explore the influence of key milling parameters(feed per tooth f _(z),axial cutting depth a_(p),radial cutting depth a_(e) and spindle speed n)on the machining quality,and the optimization of key milling parameters was carried out.Finally the better combination of cutting parameters was identified,and the high-quality micro-milling test verification of vortex curved thin wall was successfully carried out.
