摘 要:航空产品在手工制孔或移动式机器人制孔过程中易出现孔径超差、孔倾斜等问题,为结构件的使用留下安全隐患。以2A12-T4航空用铝合金为研究对象,通过开展静拉伸试验、疲劳试验,研究了孔径偏差、垂直度偏差对铝合金单钉双剪连接性能的影响。研究发现:铝合金单钉双剪连接结构的静拉伸失效以劈裂破坏为主,疲劳失效均为横截面断裂失效;垂直度偏差、孔径偏差对连接件静拉伸强度的影响较小,对静拉伸强度的折损均在10%以内;垂直度偏差、孔径偏差对连接件疲劳性能造成显著影响,其中垂直度偏差为4°、疲劳载荷为70%最大静拉伸力时的影响最大,会使疲劳寿命降低73.60%;制孔偏差对疲劳失效过程的影响主要表现在影响疲劳裂纹的萌生区域、扩展方向与扩展速度等。When drilling by hand or using robot,aircraft parts are prone to problems such as large aperture and hole tilt,which leave hidden safety hazards for the use of parts.The 2A12-T4 aluminum alloy for aviation was taken as the research object.The effect of pore size deviation and verticality deviation on the joint performance of aluminum alloy single screw double shear structure was studied by static tensile test and fatigue test.The results show that the static tensile failure of aluminum alloy single screw double shear connection is mainly split,and the fatigue failure is the cross section fracture.Verticality deviation and pore size deviation have little influence on the static strength of the connector,and the loss of the static strength is less than 10 %.The verticality deviation and pore size deviation have significant influence on the fatigue performance of the connectors,and the verticality deviation of 4° has the greatest influence when the fatigue load is 70 % of the static strength,which can reduce the fatigue life by 73.60 %.The influence of hole making deviation on fatigue failure process is mainly reflected in the initiation area,propagation direction and propagation speed of fatigue crack.
