摘 要:为探究不同气体添加剂对丙烷燃烧状态的影响,文章采用图像处理技术和热电偶测温法,对CO_(2)、H_(2)、N_(2)不同体积分数下的火焰结构和温度等表征参数进行研究。针对参数提取过程中存在的火焰光晕干扰问题,结合图像中火焰边缘像素灰度值的变化特性,设计一种动态阈值法,实现了火焰和光晕的有效分割。结果表明:在火焰结构方面,H_(2)增加使火焰高度和表面积明显增大,大幅提高了丙烷燃烧的热释放速率,而CO_(2)和N_(2)则使其保持相对稳定;火焰蓝色区域与添加剂体积分数呈正相关关系,其中CO_(2)的影响最为显著,可有效抑制碳烟的生成。在火焰温度方面,CO_(2)的降温作用明显强于其他2种气体,且CO_(2)体积分数越高,温度降幅越大。In order to study the combustion state of propane with different gas additives,parameters associated with the flame structure and temperature are analyzed under varying volume fraction of CO_(2),H_(2) and N_(2) using image processing technology and thermocouple thermometry.With an aim of mitigating the disturbance resulted from flame halo,a dynamic threshold method is proposed according to changes on pixel gray values of flame edges in images,which accomplishes the separation between flame and halo.Experimental results demonstrate that,from the perspective of flame structure,the height and superficial area of flame increases significantly with the input of H_(2),thus H_(2) accelerates the heat release of propane combustion.In contrast,CO_(2) and N_(2) almost have no impact on the flame structure.In addition,the blue area of flame is positive related to the volume fraction of all the gas additives,especially to the CO_(2) as it alleviates the smoke generation.From the perspective of flame temperature,CO_(2) outperforms others in reducing the flame temperature,and the decrease of temperature becomes increasingly remarkable with more CO_(2) input.
