新时代提升公立医院党支部政治功能路径探析

摘　　要：近年来,基层党支部建设已然成为医院党建的工作重点。面临全面从严治党向基层延伸的新形势,武汉协和医院党委以提升组织力为党建工作核心,积极探索并总结三大协和实践路径:持续增强党支部在科室管理中的作用,不断推进党支部标准化规范化建设,着力促进党组织活动与业务工作深度融合。协和医院基层党支部政治功能得到显著提升和有效发挥,既为各项工作的顺利开展提供坚强政治保证和组织保障,也为当下我国公立医院改革和可持续发展提供一定的启示与借鉴。In recent years,the construction of primary-level Party organizations has become the priority of the hospital Party construction.Facing the new situation in which full and rigorous intra-Party governance is extended to primary-level organizations,the Union Hospital Party Committee aims to improve the organizing power,e.g.,the core of Party building,actively exploring paths to Party building,and has summarized three major paths:continuously enhancing the role of Party branch in department management,building Party branch in a standardized manner,and promoting deep integration of Party organization activities and healthcare activities.The political functions of the primary Party branches of the Union Hospital have been significantly improved and effectively exercised,which not only provides a political and organizational guarantee for the hospital businesses but also provides some experience in reform and sustainable development for other public hospitals.
