摘 要:目的探讨医院护士工作压力水平及其对护士护理不良事件上报障碍的影响。方法应用一般情况调查问卷、护士工作压力源量表、不良事件报告障碍问卷对某市两所二级医院共281名护士进行问卷调查,应用多元线性回归分析探索变量间关系。结果护士工作压力总均分为(2.10±0.59),不良事件上报障碍总均分为(1.59±0.66)。护士工作压力与护理不良事件上报障碍呈显著正相关关系;多元线性回归分析显示:护士工作压力对护理不良事件上报障碍有显著影响;控制一般人口学变量后,管理及人际关系方面的压力仍然对上报障碍总分产生显著影响。结论护士工作压力对其不良事件上报障碍有显著影响,护理管理者应当致力于减轻护士管理和人际关系方面的压力以提高护士不良事件的上报率。Objective To investigate the effects of nurses’work stress on obstacles to adverse event reporting.Methods A total of 281 nurses from two secondary hospitals in a city were enrolled in the investigation with general questionnaire,the nurse job stressors questionnaire and obstacles to adverse event reporting questionnaire.Multivariate linear regression analysis was conducted to explore the relationship among the variables.Results The average score of nurses’work stress was(2.10±0.59),and the average score of obstacles to adverse event reporting was(1.59±0.66).There was a significant positive correlation between the work stress of nurses and the reporting obstacles of nursing adverse events.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that nurses’stress had a significant impact on the obstacles to nursing adverse events reporting.After controlling demographic variables,the pressure from management and interpersonal relationship still had a significant impact on the total score of reporting obstacles.Conclusion The work stress of nurses has a significant impact on the reporting of adverse events,so nursing managers need to be committed to easing the nurses’stress of management and interpersonal relationship in order to increase the reporting rate of the adverse events.
