摘　　要：目的分析新冠疫情发生前后某三级肿瘤专科医院病床工作效率变化情况,为提高疫情期间医院的病床工作效率提供参考。方法利用归一分析法建立病床工作效率指数模型,以疫情发生前3年的平均病床周转次数为病床标准周转次数,计算疫情发生后两年的病床工作效率指数,与疫情前的病床运行情况进行对比。结果新冠疫情对医院病床的正常运行影响明显,其中疫情发生初期影响最为严重,疫情防控工作进入常态化后的病床运行效率基本恢复至新冠疫情发生前水平。结论应继续严格执行疫情防控政策,做好疫情防控工作,坚持以绩效考核为导向,优化科室运行绩效管理体系,优化医疗资源配置,合理调配科室病床数量,提高医院整体的病床工作效率。Objective To analyze the changes of bed utilization efficiency in a tertiary cancer hospital before and after the outbreak of COVID-19 so as to provide references for improving the hospital bed utilization efficiency during the pandemic.Methods The hospital bed utilization efficiency index model was established by using the normalization analysis method.The number of average hospital bed turnovers three years before the outbreak was taken as the standard turnover time of the hospital beds.The hospital bed utilization efficiency index two years after the outbreak was calculated and compared with that before the outbreak.Results The COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact on the normal turnover of hospital beds,especially in the early stage of the pandemic.After the normalization of the pandemic prevention and control,the turnover efficiency of hospital beds basically resumed to before the COVID-19 pandemic.Conclusion We should continue to carry on the pandemic prevention and control work by strictly implementing the pandemic prevention and control policy,improve the department performance management system by taking performance evaluation as guidance,and optimize the allocation of medical resources by reasonably allocating the number of beds in departments,so as to improve the overall utilization efficiency of hospital beds.
