摘　　要：对本中心321例女性生育力保存病案的管理方法进行总结,分析生育力保存病案管理的特点、难点、重要性,提出建议和对策。旨为提升女性生育力病案保存管理质量、进一步改善生育力保存专科病案的管理模式,从而提高生育力保存病案为临床、教学、科研的服务能力提供参考。The paper summarizes the characteristics,difficulties and importance of medical records management of female fertility preservation by analyzing 321 medical records on female fertility preservation documented in our center.Based on the analysis,the paper proposes suggestions and measures to improve the management quality of the medical records and better the medical records management mode so that the medical records facilitates clinical practice,scientific research and medical education.
