摘　　要：皮肤移植是皮肤缺损常用的修复方法,也是整形外科、创伤外科、修复重建外科等常用的重要治疗手段。因其涉及多个临床专科,且临床分类及手术方式较多,编码规则较为复杂,本文结合临床知识、ICD-9-CM-3编码规则以及实际案例,梳理总结皮肤移植术的编码思路,为提高皮肤移值术编码准确性提供参考。Dermatoplasty,a common therapy for repairing defected skin,is comprehensively used in plastic surgery,trauma surgery,repair and reconstruction surgery.Its involvement in multiple clinical specialties and the varieties in its clinical classifications and surgical approaches attribute to the complexity of its coding.Based on clinical knowledge,ICD-9-CM-3 coding rules and clinical cases,this paper summarizes the coding ideas to provide a reference for improving the accuracy of dermatoplasty coding.
