亚专科建设主导下培训式考核在肺癌微创手术护理配合中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室护理亚专科建设主导下培训式考核在肺癌微创手术护理配合中的应用效果。方法在手术室心胸外专科护理的基础上成立肺亚专科小组,实行护士长-亚专科责任组长-组员三级管理体系,对小组护理人员实施肺亚专科系统化培训式考核计划,并进行考核与调查评价。结果经过系统化培训式考核后,亚专科小组成员的专科理论知识和操作技能考核成绩从培训前(74.17±7.32)、(76.28±5.83)分提高至(93.53±2.16)、(92.62±3.79)分,手术医生对手术护理配合工作的满意度从培训前的72%提升到98%,手术护理不良事件发生率从培训前26%降低至2%。培训实施前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理亚专科建设主导下培训式考核能够提高手术室护理人员专科理论知识和操作技能,提升专科护理业务水平,同时提高手术医生对手术护理配合工作的满意度,降低手术护理不良事件发生率,保障手术护理工作质量安全。Objective To explore the effect of training-based assessment under sub-specialty construction on nursing cooperation in lung cancer in-patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery.Methods On the basis of cardiothoracic specialist nursing in the operating room we established a pulmonary sub-specialty nursing group,where a three-level management system of head nurse-subspecialty nursing group leader-group members was implemented.A systematic training plan was proposed and performed among the group members,followed by assessment and survey.Results After the systematic training-based assessment,the scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the group members significantly increased from 74.17±7.32 before training to 93.53±2.16 after training and from 76.28±5.83 to 92.62±3.79,respectively.The satisfaction of the surgeons with surgical nursing cooperation was significantly improved from 72%before training to 98%after training,and the incidence of adverse events in the surgical nursing was reduced from 26%to 2%,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The training-based assessment under sub-specialty construction can improve the theoretical knowledge and operation skills of operating room nurses,enhance the quality of nurse service.At the same time it can also improve the satisfaction of surgeons with surgical nursing cooperation,reduce the incidence of adverse events in surgical nursing and ensure the surgical nursing quality.
