摘　　要：为了防止特殊血型孕产妇产后出血时输血的延迟和(或)减少非ABO血型系统胎儿或新生儿溶血病发生,中华医学会临床输血学分会和中华医学会围产医学分会专家经共同讨论,制定了本专家共识。本专家共识的内容包括:妊娠全周期的特殊血型抗原-抗体监测项目与时机,出现异常结果时应对措施,终止妊娠标准与时机,以及备血和输血等。This expert consensus was developed by Chinese Society of Clinical Transfusion Medicine,Chinese Medical Association,and Chinese Society of Perinatal Medicine,Chinese Medical Association.It includes indicators and timing of antigen-antibody monitoring,countermeasures in the event of abnormal results,timing and indications for termination of pregnancy,blood preparation and transfusion in women with special blood group during the whole pregnancy,aiming to prevent delayed blood transfusion in case of postpartum hemorrhage(PPH)and reduce the occurrence of non-ABO blood group hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn.
