摘　　要：成果导向教育(Outcomes-based Education,OBE)理念的关键是以需求为导向、以学生为中心。文章针对计算机科学与技术专业(计算机审计方向)人才培养存在的实践教育缺失、人才培养目标与市场需求存在差距、计算机师资能力有待提高、企业实际实践项目训练机会少等问题,以培养创新应用型人才为目标,引入OBE理念,从明确培养目标、调整课程体系结构、建立校企协同培养模式、构建培养效果评价体系四个方面进行改革,旨在有效提升学生的实践创新能力。The key to the concept of Outcomes-based Education(OBE)is to be demand-oriented and studentcentered.In view of the problems existing in the talent training of computer science and technology specialty(direction of computer audit),such as the lack of practical education,the gap between talent training objectives and market demand,the ability of computer teachers to be improved,and few training opportunities for practical projects of enterprises,this paper,aiming to cultivate innovative and applied talents,introduces the OBE concept,and carries out a reform from clarifying training objectives,adjusting curriculum system structure,establishing schoolenterprise collaborative training mode,and constructing a training effect evaluation system,in order to effectively improve students’practical and innovative ability.
