基于数据挖掘技术分析含肉桂成方制剂配伍用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的探究药智网中成药处方数据库及2020年版《中国药典》中含肉桂成方制剂的配伍用药规律。方法基于中医传承辅助平台软件(V2.5)和Excel(2010)软件,筛选含肉桂的成方制剂并建立数据库,应用软件集成的数据挖掘方法,对处方中含肉桂方剂的主治疾病、用药频次、药物属性(包括药味、药性、归经)、组方配伍等进行分析,并选取高频药对及高频疾病进行药物组合的深度分析。结果筛选出含肉桂的方剂391首,涉及中药675味,分析得出使用频次前五的药物依次为肉桂、当归、甘草、地黄、茯苓;使用频次前五的药物组合依次为当归-肉桂、甘草-肉桂、肉桂-地黄、茯苓-肉桂、肉桂-木香。肉桂在不同药对中功效发挥方向不同,在不同疾病中使用规律各异。结论药智网中成药处方数据库及《中国药典》中含肉桂的方剂所用药物多具有活血行气、散寒止痛之功效,肉桂常与补虚药、温里药、活血化瘀药、理气药配伍使用,其组方规律反映出肉桂在治疗不同疾病时的药物组合特点。Objective To explore the prescription rules of set prescription preparation containing Rougui(Cortex Cinnamomi)in Yaozhi Network Database of Chinese patent medicine and 2020 Edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Methods Based on the software of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5)and Excel(2010),the prescriptions containing Rougui were selected to build a database,and the software integrated data mining method was applied to analyze the main disease;the frequency and attributes(including flavors,properties,channel tropism)of prescription drugs,compatibility of prescriptions,and high-frequency medicine pairs and high-frequency diseases were selected for in-depth analysis of drug combination.Results A total of 391 prescriptions containing Cortex Cinnamomi,involving 675 Chinese medicines.The results showed that the top five drugs were Cortex Cinnamomi,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Rehmanniae Recens,Poria.The top five drug pairs were Radix Angelicae SinensisCortex Cinnamomi,Radix Glycyrrhizae-Cortex Cinnamomi,Cortex Cinnamomi-Radix Rehmanniae Recens,Poria-Cortex Cinnamomi,Cortex Cinnamomi-Radix Aucklandiae.The action direction of Cortex Cinnamomi was different in different drug pairs,and the direction of effectiveness in different diseases is different.Conclusion Patent drugs containing Cortex Cinnamomi collected from Yaozhi Network Database of Chinese patent medicine and 2020 Edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia mainly could activate blood,promote the circulation of qi,disperse cold and relieve pain.Cortex Cinnamomi is usually combined with deficiency-nourishing drugs,interior-warming drugs,removing blood stasis drugs and qi-regulating drugs,and its prescription rules reflect the characteristics of drug combination in the treatment of different diseases.
