摘 要:在LA141镁锂合金表面制备微弧氧化热控膜层,采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪(XRD)及辐射计等方法,对膜层的表面形貌、组成及热控性能进行分析。结果表明:酸洗预处理后,LA141镁锂合金表面微区结构均匀、平整,当氧化终止电压为300~350 V时,可获得表面光滑、均匀和致密的微弧氧化热控膜层,其微孔尺寸小于5μm;膜层是由镁、氧、磷、氟、锂和少量的铝元素组成的非晶态陶瓷膜;膜层热控性能及厚度均随氧化终止电压的升高而提高;当氧化终止电压为350 V左右时,微弧氧化热控膜层的综合性能最优。A micro-arc oxidation thermal control film was prepared on the surface of LA141 Mg-Li alloy.Optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and radiometer were used to analyze the surface morphology,composition and thermal control performance of the film.The results showed that after pickling pretreatment,the surface micro-area structure of LA141 Mg-Li alloy was uniform and flat.When the oxidation termination voltage was 300-350 V,a smooth,uniform and dense micro-arc oxidation thermal control film could be obtained with a pore size less than 5 mm,The film was an amorphous ceramic film composed of magnesium,oxygen,phosphorus,fluorine,lithium and a small amount of aluminum.The thermal control performance and thickness of the film increased with the increase of oxidation termination voltage.When the oxidation termination voltage was about 350 V,the overall performance of micro-arc oxidation thermal control film was the best.
