摘 要:针对国内首条输氢海底管道进行选材探讨,基于对常见的氢致失效形式及机理的分析,参考国内外输氢管道相关的标准规范,并考虑海底管道安装的特殊性,推荐输氢海底管道选用API SPEC 5L X42和X52无缝钢管(PSL2等级优先),采用淬火+回火的热处理工艺。同时,对一些氢脆影响因素进行控制,如合金元素含量、碳当量、管材硬度和非金属夹杂物含量等。可以采用慢应变速率试验、断裂韧性试验、裂纹扩展速率试验、疲劳寿命试验和圆盘压力试验等,对管道材料进行力学性能评价,判断材料在氢环境中的氢脆敏感性,为实际工程应用提供支持。Aiming at the domestic first hydrogen subsea pipeline,based on the analysis of common hydrogen-induced failure forms and mechanisms,refering to domestic and international relevant standards and codes,and considering the particularity of subsea pipeline installation,the material of hydrogen subsea pipeline is recommended to select using API 5L SPEC X42 and X52 seamless pipes(PSL2 level priority).The heat treatment process of quenching and tempering should be adopted.At the same time,some factors which have influence on hydrogen embrittlement should be controlled,such as the content of alloy elements,carbon equivalent,pipe hardness,non-metallic inclusions and so on.The mechanical properties of pipeline materials can be evaluated by slow strain rate test,fracture toughness test,crack growth rate test,fatigue life test and disk pressure test in the hydrogen environment,so as to judge the hydrogen embrittlement susceptibility of material in hydrogen environment and provide support for practical engineering applications.
