摘  要:补焊质量直接关系ZTA15钛合金铸件的力学性能及其使用寿命,以TC4焊丝为填充材料对ZTA15钛合金铸棒开展TIG焊接工艺试验,并对焊接接头的组织及室温拉伸性能、400℃拉伸性能和室温冲击韧性进行了分析。结果表明,TIG焊接接头质量良好,未发现任何气孔、裂纹、未熔合等缺陷;焊缝及热影响区组织均由针状马氏体α’相+片状α相+β基体组成。焊接接头室温、400℃的抗拉强度和屈服强度均高于ZTA15铸棒,断后延伸率分别达到母材的41.8%和37.2%,而室温冲击韧性达到母材的95.5%。室温、400℃拉伸试样的断裂位置为母材区,断裂机制均为准解理断裂。The repair welding quality is directly related to the mechanical properties and service life of ZTA15 titanium alloy castings.Therefore,TIG welding experiments of ZTA15 titanium alloy were carried out by using TC4 welding wire.The microstructures,tensile test at room temperature and at 400℃,and impact toughness at room temperature of the welded joints were analyzed.The results show that the TIG welded joint is of good quality,without defects such as pores,cracks,and lack of fusion.The microstructures of weld metal and heat affected zone are composed of acicular martensiteα’phase+flakyαphase+βmatrix.The tensile strength of the welded joints is 1033.7 MPa at room temperature and 675.0 MPa at 400℃respectively,and the corresponding elongation is 41.8%and 37.2%of the base metal respectively.However,the impact toughness of the welded joints reaches 95.5%of the base metal at room temperature.All of the tensile samples monotonously fractured at the base metal zone,with quasi-cleavage fracture mode.
