摘　　要：基于LNG储罐内罐环缝全自动TT焊接系统,通过对不同壁厚的9Ni钢板进行环缝TT自动焊焊接试验,观察焊缝成形,并结合无损检测及理化性能试验,分析焊缝质量,总结出一套适合9Ni钢环缝焊接的TT全自动氩弧焊接工艺。根据试验研究发现,此TT工艺完全适用于9Ni钢板环缝焊接,且焊缝成形良好,接头性能优异,各指数都高于标准要求,可以有效提高LNG储罐内罐的焊接质量,大幅减少焊材消耗,并减少工作量,从而节约成本、控制质量。Based on the automatic TT welding system for the girth weld of LNG storage tank, this paper conducted TT automatic welding test of 9Ni steel plates with different wall thicknesses, observe the weld formation, analyze the weld quality in combination with nondestructive testing and physical and chemical performance tests, and summarize the automatic TT welding process for the girth weld of 9Ni steel. According to the experimental research, this TT automatic welding process is fully applicable to the girth weld of 9Ni steel plate, and the weld formation is good, the joint performance is excellent, and each index is higher than the standard requirements. It can effectively improve the welding quality of LNG tank, greatly reduce the consumption of welding materials, and reduce the workload, so as to save costs and control quality.
