摘　　要：[研究目的]产业竞争情报需求识别是当前急需解决的重要问题之一,基于层次分析法及质量功能展开研究产业竞争情报需求识别分析框架,为产业竞争情报需求识别提供新的理论研究思路。[研究方法]构建面向客户需求的产业竞争情报任务AHP-QFD分析模型,开展客户需求重要度分析,识别出情报关键任务,并以湖南省工程机械产业关键情报需求识别为例开展了实证研究。[研究结论]基于AHP-QFD的产业竞争情报需求识别,创新性地将客户情报需求通过标准化、流程化的方法转化为关键情报任务,形成了工程化思维的情报需求开发范式,为情报需求识别提供有效的实践方法。[Research purpose] The identification of industrial competitive intelligence needs is one of the important problems that needs to be solved urgently. Based on the AHP and QFD, the research framework of industrial competitive intelligence needs identification is carried out to provide new theoretical research ideas for the identification of industrial competitive intelligence needs. [Research method] The research constructs a AHP-QFD analysis model for industrial competitive intelligence task oriented to customers. It conducts the importance analysis of customer needs, identifies the key intelligence task, and carries out an empirical analysis taking the key intelligence needs identification in the mechanical industry in Hunan province as an example. [Research conclusion] The industrial competitive intelligence needs identification based on AHP-QFD innovatively transforms customer intelligence needs into key intelligence tasks through standardized and process-based methods, and forms an intelligence needs development paradigm of engineering thinking, which is the basis for intelligence needs identification.
