摘  要:油田企业生产运营成本高,并且受各种因素影响连年上涨,而节能降耗是减少油田运营成本的有效手段之一。电能是油田主要使用的能源之一,抽油机、电泵等各类用电设备都是用电大户,但油田内的生活用电量也不可小觑,如果这两方面的电能都能够采用科学用电的方式节省下来,那么效果将十分显著。为了更加科学的使用电能,实现节能降耗,研制了遥控智能断路控制器,经过一年的时间,在106间办公室与公寓、325根路灯以及各种低压电器回路上做实验后统计得出,累计节电25.3%,创造效益365.25万元。The production and operation costs of oilfield enterprises are high and are affected by various factors,resulting in rising production and operation costs year after year.However,energy saving is one of the effective means to reduce operating costs.Electric energy is one of the main energy.In particular,all kinds of electrical equipment are large consumers of electricity such as oil extraction machine and electric pumps.But in fact,the domestic electricity consumption can't be underestimated.If the electric energy in these two aspects is saved in a scientific way,the effect will be extremely significant.In order to use electric energy more scientifically,enhance energy saving and reduce consumption,a remote-control intelligent abruption controller was developed.After one year,106 offices and apartments,325 street lamps and various low-voltage electrical circuits were tested.The results showed that the cumulative power saving was 25.3%and the cumulative benefit was 3.6525 million yuan.
