摘　　要：为解决当前注水系统设备能耗大,特别是柱塞式注水泵(以下简称柱塞泵)在运行过程中受油田处理水中腐蚀性物质、机械杂质的影响造成的设备损伤,产生注水单耗大、密封失效快等问题,研制了衬套式弹簧座和柱塞泵连接杆骨架油封拆卸装置,对设备的损害点由泵头本身转移到了衬套上,将传统的点接触拆卸改变为面接触拆卸。现场在60台柱塞泵上应用了衬套式弹簧座,柱塞泵连接杆骨架油封拆卸装置使用了229次,注水单耗最佳实验由5.92 kWh/m^(3)降至5.41 kWh/m^(3),骨架油封取出时间由21 min下降至9 min,提高工作效率2~3倍,累计创效66.7万元,对同类注水设备降耗具有良好的借鉴意义。In order to solve the problem of large energy consumption of the current water injection system equipment,the plunger type water injection pump(hereinafter referred to as the plunger pump)is affected by the corrosive substances and mechanical impurities in the oilfield treatment water during the operation,resulting in large water injection unit consumption and fast sealing failure.What's more,the bushing type spring seat and plunger pump connecting rod skeleton oil seal disassembly device are developed.By modifying the local equipment and developing new tools,the damage point of the equipment is transferred from the pump head itself to the bushing and the traditional point contact disassembly is changed to surface contact disassembly.In addition,the bushing type spring seat is applied to 60 plunger pumps on site and the plunger pump connecting rod skeleton oil seal disassembly device was used 229 times.The best water injection unit consumption experiment is reduced from 5.92 kWh/m^(3) to 5.41 kWh/m^(3),and even the skeleton oil seal removal time is reduced from 21 minutes to 9 minutes,which makes the work efficiency improve by 2~3 times.Most importantly,the cumulative benefit is 667000 yuan,which has a good reference for the consumption reduction of similar water injection equipment.
