摘　　要：为提高抽油机井盘根盒的密封性以及降低其摩擦达到减少能耗的目的,对油井井口的盘根盒进行了优化设计,研制了一种新型的盘根盒。采用了加大盘根盒容积和增设节能盘根盒压盖的设计。该装置解决了盘根使用寿命短,更换次数多,工作量大,停机时间长,浪费油气资源的问题,同时节能盘根盒压盖的设计达到了扶正、蓄能、自润滑、节约电能的目的,减少清洁生产设备的使用次数。现场应用600套,每次更换盘根停井时间缩短30 min,盘根使用周期延长6个月,单井日节电11 kWh。改进后的盘根盒投入成本低,密封效果好、节能效果好,具有使用推广价值。In order to improve the sealing performance of packing box and reduce friction and energy consumption,the packing box at the wellhead of oil well is optimized and a new packing box is developed,increasing the volume of packing box and adding energy-saving packing box cover.What's more,the device is solved the problems of short service life,multiple replacement times,heavy workload,long downtime and waste of oil and gas resources.At the same time,the design of energysaving packing box is achieved the purposes of centralizing,storing energy and self-lubricating to save electric energy,and reduces the use times of clean production equipment.In addition,600 sets are applied in the field and the stopping time of each packing change is shortened by 30 minutes.Especially,the service life of packing is prolonged by 6 months,and the daily electricity consumption of single well is 11 degrees.Most importantly,after improvement,the packing box has low investment cost,good sealing effect,good energy saving effect,which has the value of use and promotion.
