摘 要:为提升抽油井维修作业完井质量,从源头上确保抽油泵防冲距的科学配备,通过建立“一规范、两保险、三把尺、四位一体”为核心的抽油井维修作业完井精细化管理创新模式,制定了《抽油井维修完井作业操作规范及监督要点》,形成多方共同执行的统一标准,在源头上保证各工序、各环节作业质量;通过数学模型与经验对比,跟踪示功图,探索抽油泵合理防冲距的确定方式。对照生产现场及时调整,建立并完善了抽油井防冲距台帐,提高了抽油井维修质量和开井时率,2020年3月至2021年12月,现场共计调整防冲距712井次;平均每口井提高开井时率2 h,创效376.8万元,通过精准配备防冲距,油井检泵周期延长,抽油井机采系统效率提升,提高了油井产量。In order to improve the quality of the pumping well maintenance operation and ensure the scientific allocation of the anti scour distance of the oil well pump from the source,through the establishment of the refined management innovation mode of the pumping well maintenance operation and completion with the core of"one specification,two insurances,three rulers and four in one",the operation specifications and supervision points of the pumping well maintenance and completion operation are formulated to form a unified standard jointly implemented by various parties and ensure the operation quality of each process and link from the source.What's more,By the comparison of mathematical model and experience,the indicator diagram is tracked to explore the way to determine the reasonable anti scour distance of the oil well pump.According to the production site,the anti scour distance account of the oil well is established and improved and the maintenance quality and well opening rate of the oil well are improved.From March 2020 to December 2021,712 well times of anti scour distance are adjusted on the site.Even more to the point,the average opening time rate of each well is increased by 2 hours and the oil production benefit is 169400 yuan.Most importantly,through the accurate allocation of the anti scour distance,the pump inspection period of the oil well is extended and the efficiency of the pumping well mechanical production system is improved,which improves the oil well output.
