摘　　要：石油天然气的开采,对于环境污染的风险较大,大量油污积聚于井口周围,易导致火灾的发生,存在严重的安全隐患。如何在石油天然气开发过程中防范对环境的污染是急需解决的问题。通过对石油天然气生产与环境保护的关系和现状的探讨,进而提出相应的防范措施,环境保护装置的研发和设计及其实施,特别是研发和设计一种石油修井作业现场环保治污平台装置,在柴达木盆地这个聚宝盆里应用,从而达到保护环境和提高经济社会效益的双重目标。The exploitation of oil and natural gas has a great risk of environmental pollution.A large amount of oil pollution is accumulated around the wellhead,which is easy to cause fire and has serious safety hazards.How to prevent environmental pollution in the process of oil and natural gas development is the main topic and discussion of this paper.Through the relationship between oil and gas production and environmental protection and the present situation,the author will put forward the corresponding preventive measures,environmental protection research and design and its implementation.Even more to the point,an environmental pollution control platform device for oil workover site is developed and applied in the treasure basin of Qaidam Basin so as to achieve the dual goals of protecting the environment and improving economic and social benefits.
