摘  要:催化裂化装置配套WGS湿法脱硫装置及PTU污水处理装置处理的废气、废水等,其排放标准执行GB 31570—2015石油炼制工业污染物排放标准。实际运行过程中,不仅碱耗高、外排净化污水COD浓度不达标,且深受“烟囱雨”困扰,特别在冬季生产时雨滴结冰,不仅带来安全环保隐患,雨中溶解CO_(2)等会加快管材、仪表、设备表面腐蚀,增加维护成本;经分析讨论决定采用国产雾化喷嘴、烟囱脱水帽、氧化射流器等专利设备改造,在保证深度脱硫目标下,实现了节碱20%,解决了烟囱雨问题,实现了外排污水COD浓度达标的排放。The catalytic cracking unit is equipped with WGS wet desulfurization device and PTU sewage treatment unit to treat waste gas,waste water and so on.What's more,the discharge standard is in accordance with GB 31570—2015 pollutant discharge standard for petroleum refining industry.However,in the actual operation process,the alkali consumption isn't only high,but the COD concentration of discharged purify sewage is not up to the standard and it is deeply troubled by the"chimney rain".Especially in winter production,if the raindrops freeze,it will bring potential safety and environmental protection hazards.The dissolution of CO_(2) in the rain will also accelerate the surface corrosion of pipes,instruments and equipment and increase the maintenance cost.Most importantly,it is decided to adopt domestic atomizing nozzle,chimney dehydration cap,oxidation jet and other patented equipment through analysis and discussion.Under the guarantee of deep desulfurization target,it can save 20%of alkali,solve the problem of chimney rain and reach the standard on the COD concentration of discharged purify sewage.
