摘  要:脱丁烷塔和丙烯精馏塔是乙烯装置分离热区的核心设备,它们承担着整个乙烯装置的混合碳三碳四的分离和提纯。其稳定有效运行对整个乙烯装置的效益和正常生产至关重要,也是影响炼化一体化项目物料平衡的关键。随着装置运行周期的延长,塔顶冷凝器的冷凝效果逐渐降低,引起塔压持续升高,严重时产生超压问题,装置被迫降负荷,造成塔釜丙烯浪费严重,给装置带来较大的经济损失和安全隐患,成为制约装置提高负荷、降低能耗的关键问题。针对该问题,通过对换热设备污垢分析和采取相应措施,逐个排除循环水站供水不足等原因,判断出冷凝器循环水侧淤泥累积、赃物堵塞为主要原因,制定“加减法”攻关方案。方案落实后,解决了精馏塔超压影响装置高效运行的制约问题,同时,运用先进控制技术对乙烯装置自动实施平稳操作和优化控制,实现降低能耗、提高产品收率的目的。Debutanizer and propylene rectifier are the core equipment in the separation hot zone of the ethylene plant and they are responsible for the separation and purification of mixed C3C4 in the entire ethylene plant.What's more,its stable and effective operation is crucial to the efficiency and normal production of the entire ethylene plant,and it is also the key to affecting the material balance of the refining and chemical integration project.With the extension of the operation period,the condensation effect of the tower top condenser gradually decreases,causing the tower pressure to continue to rise.In addition,in severe cases,the overpressure problem occurs and the device is forced to reduce the load,resulting in a serious waste of propylene in the tower bottom,which brings great harm to the device.The economic loss and potential safety hazards have become the key issues restricting the device to increase the load and reduce the energy consumption.In response to this problem,by analyzing the fouling of the heat exchange equipment and taking corresponding measures,the reasons such as insufficient water supply of the circulating water station were eliminated one by one,and it was judged that the accumulation of sludge on the circulating water side of the condenser and the blockage of stolen goods were the main reasons,and the"addition and subtraction method"plan was formulated.After the implementation of the plan,the restriction problem that the overpressure of the rectifying tower affects the efficient operation of the device has been solved.At the same time,the advanced control technology is used to automatically implement stable operation and optimal control of the ethylene device so as to achieve the purpose of reducing energy consumption and improving product yield.
