摘 要:为明确武汉市黄陂区武汉市农业科学院武湖基地甜瓜白粉病的病原菌种类及其生理小种,采用镜检法确定病原菌的种类,并通过田间自然发病、苗期接种和离体叶片接种3种方法对13个国际通用的甜瓜白粉病生理小种鉴别寄主进行抗性鉴定,最终明确引起武汉地区甜瓜白粉病的病原菌为单囊壳属单囊壳白粉菌(Podosphaera xanthii)的生理小种1。In order to clarify the pathogen species and physiological races of melon powdery mildew in Wuhu Base of Wuhan Academy of Agricultural Sciences,the pathogen species were identified by microscopic examination,and the resistance of 13 internationally used hosts of melon powdery mildew physiological races was identified by three methods of natural disease in the field,seedling inoculation and detached leaf inoculation.It was finally determined that the pathogen causing melon powdery mildew in Wuhan area was the physiological race 1 of Podosphaera xanthii.
