摘　　要：百年变局中最为重要的变化之一就是中国快速强大。强起来过程中的中国有三个突出特点,即其身份和利益在多方面的双重性和矛盾性、其快速强大以及其文化、制度和治理方式上的独特性。这三个特点在很大程度上影响了当下中国的外交行为和中国对外关系的演变,大大增加了中国对外关系的复杂性和不确定性。中国的快速强大伴随并呈现出中国对外部世界了解的不足、一些国人心态调适不佳、对中国应对外部挑战的经验和能力提出更高要求、一些国家对中国强起来不适应和不接受。我们需要深刻认识上述挑战并有效应对,作出合理的选择。One of the most important changes unseen in a century is the rapidly strong of China.There are three salient features of the more powerful China,namely the duality and contradiction of its identity and interests in many aspects,the rapidity of its strong,and the uniqueness of its culture,political system,and governance.These three features have largely shaped Chinese diplomatic behavior and the evolution of China’s foreign relations.The rapidly strong of China has outpaced China’s understanding of the external world,adjustment of mindsets of many Chinese people,and China’s experience and ability to address external challenges.It has also led to difficulty in acceptance of adaptation to China’s strong on the part of some countries.China need to appreciate these challenges and effectively respond to them.
