中部六省视域下河南省装备制造企业绿色竞争力评价及提升对策

摘　　要：为测度河南省装备制造企业的绿色竞争力水平,构建了装备制造企业绿色竞争力的评价指标,选取了绿色竞争力评价模型,对中部六省装备制造企业的绿色竞争力进行了评价。对比六省,河南省装备制造企业在转型升级、绿色改造过程存在自主创新能力不强、缺乏资金投入、高层次人才比例较低问题,这要求政府要完善科技创新政策体系,用好财政资金,改善营商环境,健全人才引进、培育制度;企业也要提升创新能力,淘汰落后产能,革新经营理念,大力引进、培育专业人才。Ecological priority and green development are the only way for equipment manufacturing enterprises to enhance green competitive advantage and achieve high quality development in the new development stage. In order to measure the level of green competitiveness of equipment manufacturing enterprises, the evaluation index of green competitiveness of equipment manufacturing enterprises is constructed, and the evaluation model of green competitiveness is selected to evaluate the green competitiveness of equipment manufacturing enterprises in six central provinces.Taking Henan province as an example, the problems of weak independent innovation ability, lack of capital investment and low proportion of high-level talents in the process of transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing enterprises are analyzed, then, the corresponding countermeasures from two aspects of government and enterprise are proposed.
