习仲勋青年教育思想及其形成探析

摘　　要：习仲勋在革命和社会主义建设时期,都非常重视青年教育工作,不仅亲身实践了青年教育工作,而且还把青年教育工作放到党的伟大事业中去对待。在青年工作中,他始终坚持实事求是的思想路线,始终坚持党对青年工作的正确领导,把自身的青年工作经历和马克思主义的教育思想相结合,创新了青年教育工作理论,对做好新时代的青年教育工作具有十分重要的指导和借鉴意义。Xi Zhongxun, one of the first generation Communist leader, paid great attention to the education and training to young generation and Organization of Youth League. His effort which including practice can be traced back to the beginning period of his revolutionary struggle. And this effort was kept as one of his important work agenda all along his work and leading experience. He took the youth education work always as one of Party’s great work. During the work, he always adhere to the ideological line of seeking truth from facts, always adhere to the party’s correct leadership of youth work, put his own youth work experience and the thought of Marxism education into practice, combine theory innovation and further promotion to youth education work. All his experience is very important and has great significance in the new period of our practice.
